2026 World Cup in CDMX: Executive Transport for June Matches at Estadio Azteca

Estadio Ciudad de México (Estadio Azteca Banorte) will host the following matches in June:

Wednesday June 11 — 13:00
Mexico vs South Africa (Group A)

Mexico vs Czech Republic (Group A)
Mexico's third group-stage match. Decisive for qualification. Maximum-intensity atmosphere.

Additionally, a Round of 32 match will be played on June 30 and a Round of 16 match on July 5.

Estadio Azteca is located at Calzada de Tlalpan 3465, in southern CDMX. Main access routes are via Calzada de Tlalpan, Anillo Periférico Sur, and Insurgentes Sur.

From Polanco/Reforma (main hotel zone): Paseo de la Reforma → Insurgentes Sur → Estadio Azteca. Normal time: 35-50 min. On match day: 60-90 min if departing less than 3 hours ahead.

From AICM: Calzada Ignacio Zaragoza → Circuito Interior → Calzada de Tlalpan Sur. Time: 30-45 min without match; 50-80 min on match day.

From Condesa/Roma: Insurgentes Sur direct to the stadium. Time: 25-40 min.

From Coyoacán: Av. División del Norte → Calzada de Tlalpan. Time: 15-25 min.

IMPORTANT: On match days, roads near the stadium close 3-4 hours before kickoff. Our drivers know authorized drop-off points for VIP transport and access routes to FIFA hospitality zones that are not available to the general public.

Uzbekistan vs Colombia (June 17, 20:00):
Night match. Leave the hotel at 17:00-17:30. Normal evening traffic adds to match attendees. Recommended route: Periférico Sur (avoids Insurgentes rush hour traffic). The exit will be after 22:00 — our drivers will be waiting at pre-established points.

Mexico vs Czech Republic (June 24, 19:00):
Leave the hotel at 16:00-16:30. Same pattern as the previous match. As Mexico's third match, the city will be at peak World Cup fever.

General rule: Arrive at least 2.5 hours before kickoff to clear FIFA access controls without rushing.

Beyond matches at Estadio Azteca, CDMX will host World Cup activities throughout the city:

Fan Fest at Campo Marte: Entertainment zone with mega-screen for watching every World Cup match, concerts, food, and brand activation zones. Located next to Auditorio Nacional on Reforma.

World Cup Parade on Paseo de la Reforma: Special event with floats, music, and celebration along Reforma starting from the Angel of Independence.

Museum exhibitions: 17 CDMX museums will present football-themed exhibitions. Highlights include "Football: Designing a Passion" at Museo Franz Mayer.
